Mesquite Thorn Coffee was born in Buffalo Heights, just outside San Angelo, Texas - where the land is dry, mornings are slow and coffee is a ritual worth doing right.
After nearly a decade working in many different areas of specialty coffee - blending, roasting, packaging, and helping others build their brands - I decided it was time to bring that experience home. Mesquite Thorn is my way of sharing special coffees with a story. Every bag is roasted in tiny batches, by hand, right here in West Texas.
I believe coffee should be about more than just caffeine. It should taste great, spark curiosity, and connect people. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting to explore beyond store bought beans, you’re welcome here.
This coffee is for porch mornings, busy offices, and honest conversations.
